How to Maintain Relationships

The only thing more important than developing relationships is ensuring that those relationships are maintained. Once you've connected with someone staying connected is the primary goal. Relationships that are based online can generally be maintained in that same way; notes sent through the message service to share news or information is often sufficient. However, relationships that are started offline may require slightly more work to keep them in working order. Remember that there's a fine line between keeping in touch and bombarding someone with potentially unwanted information though. So while it's acceptable to send a general holiday greeting in the winter, when most people regardless of religious affiliation celebrate something, avoid sending a card for every holiday.
