Ways to Identify Whether You're Building a Solid Brand
Every decision that you make for your law practice contributes to your brand. The choices you are making may not necessarily be adding up to a solid brand image.
Consider it this way, it would have been a lot harder for McDonald's to build a reputation as a fast food restaurant if after a few years of being open they added a series of complicated, slow cooking dishes to their menus. No matter how good these things tasted they would have ultimately prevented McDonald's from being able to provide consistent service at a fast pace.
In a similar manner you need to be conscious of any choices you're making that may take away from the brand identity that you're cultivating. Before you change your marketing materials, order new art for your office or buy new suits take into account how those elements will help or hinder the brand that you have built or in the process of building.
